Further Education

​​We offer advice and training to further education providers with typical areas being:

Staff awareness in:

  • Dyspraxia

  • Dyslexia

  • Dyscalculia

  • ADHD

  • Autistic Spectrum Disorder. 

  • ​Successful approaches to learning, retention and application of knowledge.

​We are also able to provide post-16 diagostic assessments for SpLDs with an accompanying indiviudalised learning plan for each student.

Motivational Speakers:

​We provide motivational speakers who are themselves diagnosed with an SpLD, such as ADHD, and who offer inspirational accounts of their learning journeys shared with humour and insight as they recount to you how they achieved what others told them would be the impossible.
Disabled Students Allowances in Further Education.

​If you are a disabled student studying a higher education course at a college of further education you may be entitled to  Disabled Students Allowances (DSAs).

​A post-16 diagnosis of dylexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia or other SpLD can make you eligible for DSAs which can fund addtional support and/or specialist equipment that you may need to ensure you are not at a disadvantage during your time in university.
